Reading project is an effort from HES community to develop reading habits in children starting with grade II. Literature of different genre is short listed by dedicated Team of reading teachers.

Immersed in the world of books and print- rich environment, reading curriculum unfolds in a spiral manner from ‘Learning to Read’ stage to ‘Reading to Learn’ stage.

At HES, Reading projects help children to grow into independent and curious readers and compassionate individuals while they connect with characters’ emotions in the story. Students delve into the ocean of stories through various engaging modes such as discussions, enactment and drama, artistic and creative expressions.
