Computer laboratory and technical appliances – ever alluring for human mind

A well equipped computer lab with latest technology is available in the school where the children learn technical skills and bring it into their application. From primary wing till senior wing the children learn the theoretical part and its respective technical application. They learn to operate the technical devices at the very fundamental stages and later apply their learning through projects in the context of real life with the support of expert guidance. They not only learn to work out visual representation, but also learn to demonstrate their learning through verbal presentation individually as well as in a group, which gets followed by a questionnaire session with an involvement of peer group. This exercise enables them attain the collaborative skill, that is most applied in the era of 21st century.
Children are shown video related to their subject topics or content related movies are shown to them by which they build up their own perspectives and viewpoints.

Experiments and explorations leave the scope of widening thinking skills; discipline of Science opens it up children to acquire this skill while hypothesizing and trying it out in the laboratory - thereby analyzing to construct an image of concept in our idea level. In order to develop the higher level of thinking skill, children are given exposure to the practical science in the library with all the facilities needed for scientific experimentations. Laboratory contains all the apparatus that are required according to the curricular need. Chemical substances are readily available to carry out chemical tests to see the changes and thereby arriving at an inference through chemical analysis. Usually children are intrigued and engrossed while learning science through experiential learning.

School library is stacked with books pertaining to various genres with age appropriate contents and fictions. The books of wide variety caters to the needs of readers with tastes from literature comprising of novels, short stories, picture dialogues, dramas to scientific facts and fictions. Children spend engrossing moments in the school library where reading liberates their minds. Not only that they spend the library time reading to the stories, they listen to stories too and let themselves lose in the world of newness with illustrious imaginations. Books are regularly issued to them and they get a new book once they return back the read books. Apart from all the range of books, regular newspapers and magazines are also being subscribed in school library. There are books containing references related to their subjects too which they can skim through for additional knowledge in case needed.
